We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Business Development Department.
The Administrative Assistant will provide specific project support and administrative support for the entire department. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a great team environment that is fast-paced and dynamic.
Daily Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Assist with creating the firm's Pitch/Proposal
• Update and maintain Intranet pages, marketing materials and various databases
• Conduct analysis of relevant marketing strategies
• Assist with communication and coordination of calendars and events
• Track and administer budgets
• Assist with other marketing and business development tasks as needed
Qualifications:
* High School or Equivalent
* Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an Administrative capacity
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to proofread and ensure accuracy in written marketing materials
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a can-do attitude
*Represents basic qualifications for this Entry level Administrative Assistant .
