Position Summary:

Applications are welcome for the position of Assistant AD / Director of Compliance at Yeshiva University in New York City.

We are a proud member of the Skyline Conference in NCAA Division III.

Position Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Athletics Compliance Office including monitoring, enforcement, education, rules interpretations, and NCAA reporting
  • Maintain knowledge of new and pending legislation and rules/regulations related to student-athletes, coaches, boosters and university personnel, and disseminate information as appropriate
  • Ensure departmental compliance with the NCAA and Skyline Conference
  • Student-athlete clearances
  • Policy making and strategic planning
  • Responsibility to ensure issues will be addressed and monitored through conclusion
  • Serve as home game administrator at assigned events
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics
Experience & Education Background:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimally 1-2 years of NCAA compliance experience
Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communicator
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
  • Maintain an understanding and proficiency within LSDBI, the NCAA Eligibility Center and
  • other compliance software programs
Salary Range: $64,350-$64,350
