Position: Chef ​

The role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for clients, staff, and visitors, as well as catering for meetings and special events. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals as directed by the Head Chef.
  • Cater for meetings and special events.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards in food preparation areas, adhering to all current food handling regulations.
  • Ensure the correct and economic use of provisions, cleaning materials, and equipment.
  • Undertake other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to quality and high standards of customer care
  • A flexible approach to working hours and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
