- Provide information and personal support to potential Olim before and after the Aliyah process.
- Open Aliyah files and manage them.
- Monitor the activities of Aliyah and Absorption unit in Israel and abroad.
- Monitor the files of Aliyah candidates who have not completed the Aliyah process.
- Work with an advanced CRM system and other systems, including social networks.
- Conduct proactive inquiries to world Jewry for the purpose of marketing the activities of the Jewish Agency and registering interested individuals in programs (telemarketing).
- Provide support for agency-wide projects.
- High school diploma is mandatory. Relevant academic education is an advantage.
- Must be a native English speaker. Good Hebrew proficiency is mandatory. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of a variety of Jewish communities in North America is an advantage.
- Ability to work with a variety of Jewish communities in in North America.
- Proven experience working with customers is a significant advantage.
- Experience working with computers, including Office software, is required. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Experience in telemarketing is an advantage.
- Previous participation in a Jewish Agency program in Israel and/or abroad is an advantage.
- Required personal qualities: high customer service ability, ability to withstand pressure and manage several tasks at the same time, patience, ability to work in a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and quick learning of technological systems.
Important Information:
- Flexibility in working hours is required (various shifts during the day: 08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00, 12:00-20:00).
- 2-3 late shifts per week are required (10:00-18:00, 12:00-20:00).
- Shifts on Fridays every few weeks (until 1:30 p.m.) on holiday eves and during Sukkot and Passover.
- The offices of the Global Center are in Jerusalem.
- Scope of the position: full-time position + additional hours as needed.
- Job conditions: monthly salary of 6,500 NIS + payment for overtime + annual bonuses according to performance + reimbursement of public transportation trips.
