PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Reporting to the Director of Content & Learning Strategy, the Director of Education Content & Advocacy leads ADL Education’s development and revision of content for programs and products related to antisemitism education, school climate improvement and advocacy efforts for K-12 schools. The Director oversees project teams and consulting content developers, with the potential to manage a full-time content writer. Along with the Content & Learning Strategy team, the Director is responsible for managing key aspects of an iterative and rigorous program and product cycle, including monitoring and evaluation of programs and products, development of internal resources to increase staff efficacy, and development and expansion of pedagogical frameworks and tools.
