STARTING SALARY RANGE
$29.75 - $31.23 per hour for teachers with 5+ years of classroom experience
Salary determined based on total years of experience, education level, and ECE units
 
The JCCSF is seeking experienced and enthusiastic early childhood educators to join our outstanding team at each of our three preschools. Teachers are hired at different levels based on experience and education, with opportunities to move upward over their tenure here. Teachers work in teams leading children ages 2-5 years old in a play-based setting inspired by the values of Reggio-Emilia and Jewish learning. ECE Vision Statement

REQUIREMENTS
  • BA degree in Early Childhood or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 12 units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, including core courses. Continuation of ECE education to complete 24 units highly preferred. Applicants with less than 12 units are encouraged to apply for other positions within the ECE teaching team.
  • 2 years teaching experience in a Reggio-inspired and/or Jewish preschool
  • Proficiency with verbal and written communication and technology
