A growing company is seeking a bilingual Intake Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong communication skills in both languages. Familiarity with the Jewish community is preferred but not required. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and assisting with the intake process.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting client intakes in both English and Spanish.


• Communicating effectively with a diverse clientele.


• Assisting with the intake process, gathering necessary information and documentation.


• Maintaining clear and accurate records of all client interactions.


• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.


• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
