The Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, NY is seeking a Full Time Mashgiach to join its team of professionals in Food Services.

Position Overview:

Reporting the Director of Food Services, the Mashgiach maintains direct supervision of all operations that impact on compliance with kosher dietary laws, including but not limited to, inventory, food production, preparation, assembly delivery and pick up of food trays. The Mashgiach is responsible for cooking and preparing Kosher food for all meals in the Kosher kitchen.

Position Requirements:

• Yeshiva graduate


• At least two (2) years of experience as a Mashgiach in a hotel, food establishment or institutional setting


• Must be able to cook and prepare food
