Montefiore is expanding its Residential Care team providing an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and passionate Residential Manager to join our experienced team.
Montefiore has three beautiful campuses - with eight care units - all fully accredited and situated within the Sydney metropolitan area. This is a permanent full-time role in which you will be charged with overseeing the delivery of quality care and services.
Reporting to the General Manager of Residential Care you will be supported by an experienced clinical and administration team. Additionally, you will be working within a well-resourced inter disciplinary structure that includes dedicated clinical, allied health and hotel services.
This truly is a leadership role working within established systems while thoroughly expanding your professional experience as a leader in aged care. The successful candidate will have experience in operations, a passion for aged care and enjoy working within an inter-disciplinary team.
