We are currently recruiting for a Specialty Sever (Evening Upscale) in our

MKT Restaurant at the Four Seasons San Francisco.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language

  • Must have minimum of 2 years fine dining serving experience in an upscale bar/lounge/restaurant

  • Must have extensive food, wine, and cocktail knowledge

  • Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation

  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends & holidays

General Requirements:

  • Position regularly involves lifting food trays plates weighing up to 30 lbs

  • Pushing and pulling tables and chairs is required

  • Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
