The GSM Solutions at Home of The New Jewish Home is seeking a full time Account Executive to join our team. This position will sit in Waters Place, Bronx.
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving client and revenue growth for our Private Pay Geriatric Care Management, Home Health Aide Services, and our Certified Home Health Agency. This individual will also be responsible for creating strategic partnerships among current and new referral sources, both with targeted external referral sources and within The New Jewish Home system.
Reporting Responsibilities:
This position will report directly to the Assistant Vice President of Home Care Programs with a dotted line to the Senior Vice President of Business Development
General Duties and Responsibilities:
· Drive admissions to the enhanced Solutions at Home (Private Pay) service line for The New Jewish Home, to include clients interested in private pay geriatric care management services, home health aide, and CHHA services.
· Collaborate with the Assistant Vice President of Home Care Services to develop and implement growth strategies that enhance the Solutions at Home program.
· Build The New Jewish Home brand awareness to increase portfolio and market presence through alignment with major referral networks and upstream health providers.
· Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and driving private pay admissions with external referral sources such as health systems, physician organizations and ACOs, post-acute care networks, concierge and high volume physician groups, area agencies for the elderly, faith-based organizations, property management companies, elder law attorneys and financial/wealth advisors.
· Drive partnership and acquisition efforts, increasing patient admissions, profitability and new opportunities for Solutions at Home (Private Pay Services) business expansion.
· Serve as a liaison for operational and quality issues
· Assist in maintaining up-to-date information on overall market trends and competitors including pricing, census, product information, and current market strategies as it relates to products/services under consideration.
· Promote The New Jewish Home in both an intra-organizational level as well as with external organizations via committee work, networking and liaison activities, to build all Solutions at Home services.
· Maintain professional competency through participation in independent intra- or external agency learning experiences. Attend and participate in community based meetings and conferences appropriate to the needs and development of Solutions at Home services.
· Partner with the Senior Vice President of Business Development to drive strategic growth improvements to the program and across the organization.
· Demonstrates a high degree of commitment to customer service and quality clinical practice

Qualifications:
· Three to five years of business development experience, or marketing/sales required.
· Proven record of new account development, with a preferred history of success in the development of private pay generating accounts.
· A willingness to work within a team environment.
· Demonstrates a passion for serving the elderly and meeting the health and wellness needs of this population
· Possesses an entrepreneurial orientation and a desire to build a growth business for a new venture within a larger organization
· Possesses persuasive communication skills, impeccable customer service skills, and flexibility to adapt to different business environments.
· Prior home health sales and knowledge of New York Metropolitan area required.
· Knowledge of specialty aging care services for the elderly such as Alzheimer’s/Dementia and Palliative within the home health care arena a plus.
Age Related Skills and Competencies:
· Able to satisfactorily deal with the adult and elderly population.
Physical Demands:
· Ability to walk in order to visit with clients, as needed
