We are currently seeking a dedicated Bottling Line Technician Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our bottling operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the creation of exceptional wines that meet our high standards. Monday – Thursday (9-hour schedule); Friday (4-hour schedule); OT as required
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee production and efficiency of the bottling line, ensuring smooth operation from setup to cleanup.
- Operate and monitor bottling line machinery, including filling, capping, and labeling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of machinery daily, ensuring wines meet specifications and kosher standards.
- Ensure laboratory samples are pulled hourly and checks are made on wine packaging.
- Troubleshoot errors and faults on bottling line equipment, support line changeovers and startups.
- Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety practices, using personal protection equipment, and safely operating a forklift as needed.
- Assist in the management of team production goals and the supervision of temporary staff.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Must have previous bottling line experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of organizational principles and practices.
- High level of dependability, adaptability, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to adjust and respond to general maintenance needs promptly.
- Good mental processing speed and memory recall.
- Ability to maintain focus during long periods of repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous relationship with employees, guests, vendors, etc.

Compensation:
Salary range between $22.00 - $26.00 hourly – may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the individual and the company’s performance.
Compensation will be determined by a number of factors including educational background and experience.
