Description

Heritage Pointe, Orange County's premier Jewish Senior Living Community, is looking for a Business Office Manager to serve our wonderful residents and staff. The Community prides itself on focusing on residents and their independence, health, safety, comfort, and happiness. 

As a Business Office Manager at Heritage Pointe, you will provide financial (AP/AR) support to the community and the Executive Director. As a key member of the Community’s management team, you will adhere to policies and procedures, while upholding the Community’s mission, philosophy, values. 

Every day in our community will look a little different, but in general, you will supervise the front desk, report census changes to accounting, process resident deposits, manage ACH payments, and assist Executive Director with weekly vendor payments. 

The best applicant for this position will have

  •  A minimum of one-year supervising staff.
  • An associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in senior living. 

The Business Office Manager will work closely with residents and staff and must demonstrate excellent hospitality and communication skills.

Multi-task and reprioritize requests effectively: Can you juggle a request to look over an invoice with one resident, assist with covering the front desk, and remember to follow up on a vendor invoice?

Pay Starting at $70,000/year
