Pay Range: $15-$18/hour, depending on experience

We are the Jewish community’s largest and fastest growing pluralistic platform for reaching and inspiring Jewish teens during the school-year with 725 teen-led local chapters and over 100 weekend retreats along with a plethora of summer experiences including Israel visits, global travel programs and leadership camps. What you’ll get to do as our Operations Intern



  • Provide administrative, logistic and project support to help deliver on the Community Impact strategy

  • Support event and program planning – including but not limited to meetings, retreats, annual Professional Staff Conference, and International Convention staffing requirements such as staffing registration, booking travel, reports, etc.

  • Support BBYO customer service and IT on data integrity/reporting, customer service inquiries and identification of opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Leverage Salesforce to update reports and analytics for BBYO program registration for both local and international programs

  • Support preparing, designing, and distributing Community Planning Playbooks


Job Requirements:



  • Currently in pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree at an accredited university

  • Familiarity and/or interest in Operations and Project Management

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities and multitask

  • Ability to work as part of a team and be resourceful and adaptable from a distance

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work 10-15 hours a week remotely

  • A background in BBYO or similar youth/Jewish organization preferred but not required
