What You’ll do

 

As the Construction Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support for leadership to enable organization and efficiencies for long-term growth. This individual will partner with key stakeholders including senior management.

 

  • Actively participate with the team on companywide and/or cross-functional projects and initiatives to align with company objectives
  • Provide execution support and tracking on projects, specifically for the Construction Department
  • Enter and keep track of construction project invoices to provide real time paid to date information
  • Enter and track facility invoices
  • Be the primary accounts payable function
  • Manage and distribute correspondence as needed
  • Will work in both Projectmates and Service Channel software systems
  • May be required to cross train and perform other dutiesActively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.
  • Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
  • Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Essential Qualities for Success

  • At least 1 year of relative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
  • Strong work ethic, highly organized, results-driven, with great verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a constant improvement mindset and expect a high level of excellence

 

Physical Requirements  

  • Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
  • Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.
  • Able to navigate and access all facilities.
  • Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
  • Close vision for computer-related tasks.
