About the Opportunity
This role will be situated within UJA’s Integrated Development Department, on the Annual Campaign team and will a specific and clear focus on fundraising and increasing our overall donors to the Annual Campaign.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Community Campaign, the Director, Development will be a key member of the Community Campaign and shall be a critical thinker with strong communication skills, responsible for implementing strategies to grow the number of gifts of $5,000 or more to the Annual Campaign. They will research, recommend, and analyze prospects for cultivation and solicitation.

* This is a full-time maternity leave contract position (16 months). At UJA we support a flexible work schedule and all of our employees engage in hybrid work. In addition to a rich time off policy, UJA’s offices are closed on all Jewish holy days (yom tov) and we support early office closures to observe the Jewish Sabbath (Shabbat).
