Employee Experience Manager


Compensation

· We’ll pay you an annual salary of $55,000 to $60,000.

About the Job

The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture by managing all aspects of employee relations, performance management, and assisting with coordination for employee training and development programs. This role ensures that employees are engaged, supported, and aligned with the organization's mission and values. The Employee Experience Manager will also lead initiatives related to employee engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and drive a high-performance culture. Additionally, this role will manage basic office operations to ensure smooth daily activities, including supply management, office maintenance coordination, and general administrative support.


You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

· Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and workplace issues in a timely and confidential manner.

· Collaborate with leadership to develop policies and procedures that promote fair and consistent employee relations practices.

· Advise on employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


Performance Management:

· Oversee the performance management process, including mid-year, and annual performance evaluations.

· Provide training and guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques, including coaching, feedback, and development planning.

· Manage underperformance cases, ensuring that corrective action plans are executed fairly and consistently.


Employee Engagement:

· Lead the implementation and management of employee engagement surveys, including communication, data analysis, and action planning.

· Hold listening tours with departments, to help understand the why’s behind the data.

· Coordinate the employee training calendar and schedule, including not limited to Training Tuesdays, Supervisors Trainings, All Staff meetings, and the ACE cohort.

· Assist with onboarding and new hire orientations, collaborating with Orientation Team.


Office Coordination:

· Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, serving as the primary point of contact with visitors and directing inquiries.

· Help manage office/desk moves, ensuring spaces are cleaned and ready for new hires.

· Coordinate with Facilities on maintenance/cleaning requests.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

· 3+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, or employee experience roles, with a focus on performance management, employee engagement, and training.

· Strong understanding of employment law, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.

· Proven experience managing employee engagement surveys and implementing data-driven engagement initiatives.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
