Job Summary:


The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the timekeeping for the organization's field staff. S/he supports the department manager with billing and collection efforts. Acts as a backup for processing the company's bi-weekly payroll.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Reviews field staff punches in clinical software system and validating to timecards, telephony, EVV.

  • Follow up with field staff to obtain missing timesheets via phone, text/email.

  • Takes incoming calls from field staff regarding EVV, timesheets, and issues relating to hours paid.

  • Communicate with the scheduling department regarding any inconsistencies with field staff or client shifts.

  • Validates and inputs mileage for field staff.

  • Assist with training new staff members.

  • Assist with billing and collections on private client accounts.

  • Assis with billing the PERs Holocaust clients monthly

  • Assist with posting all credit cards and checks into the software system.

  • Payroll backup for caregivers

  • Assists with audits.

  • Participates in the Performance Improvement (PI) program, when requested to ensure effective implementation of the PI program goals.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
