Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field
Minimum of two years of experience working with groups of children in a classroom environment
Experience with a Reggio-Emilia inspired approach
Knowledge of Jewish culture and traditions or willingness to learn the basics

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, supervisors, and children

Strong knowledge of child development.
Experience developing age appropriate plans and tracking children’s progress

Effective use of methods and positive language for supporting children’s social and emotional growth
