About You 

You have a passion for our mission, Human Resources knowledge in all areas of human resources, including building a great culture, recruitment, policy implementation, employee relations, solid technical aptitude, extremely organized, can-do attitude, and enjoy working collaboratively. 

 

About the Role:  

The contract HR Senior Recruiter will provide recruitment support to the VP of People and Culture and assist with attracting and retaining top talentThis role encompasses promoting a "best place to work" culture by creating and managing new hire onboarding orientation and other recruitment support as needed 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage full-cycle, end-to-end, high volume recruiting efforts (posting positions, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, etc.)
  • Centralize sourcing information and improve efficiency, as well as update manager for applicants for open roles.
  • Manage applicant database and tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Track, monitor and report all recruiting activities and manage all job posting and job descriptions for compliance.
  • Post all open positions on the websites that the company utilizes, and other postings as needed.
  • Create offer letters.
  • Utilize social media (twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to source for passive candidates.
  • Create internal company LinkedIn social media strategy, including branding, content management and training.
  • Partner with senior managers to develop staffing strategy for current and future needs including pipelines for future business needs.
  • Establish and foster relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and referral sources through social networking avenues such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Providing managers with spreadsheet open positions
  • Reviewing and updating job descriptions
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with outside recruiters and agencies.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed within the required federal and state requirements.
  • Promote and implement "best place to work" culture initiatives.
  • Manage the new hire onboarding, new hire orientation, and off-boarding processes.
  • Generate reports and metrics when needed for HR, Finance, etc.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Ensure all HR processes are aligned with local employment laws, ensuring compliance standards are met for each.
  • Work with all departments on company culture and engagement initiatives, including internal communication, recognition and celebrations, succession planning and internal promotions.
  • Be adaptable to change and demonstrate flexibility in handling various HR tasks. The HR team often needs to respond quickly to evolving situations and priorities.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR information. 
  • Support the VP of People and Culture with administrative tasks, such as maintaining the virtual HR files, employee files and HR initiatives.
  • Other duties as needed.

 

Required Skills 

  • Passion for our mission.
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of Human Resource experience including recruiting experience.
  • Detail-oriented and has exceptional multi-tasking, organization, prioritization, and planning skills.
  • Ability to hold confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong EQ.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to an evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to be flexible to meet client group needs and project deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze data, documents, reports, etc., with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work through a problem with limited information and collaboratively drive towards solutions.
  • Experience interacting with employees at various levels of the organization while always providing exceptional and professional customer service.
