Compensation:

We’ll pay you an HOURLY salary of $18-$20 per hour.

About the Job:

We need you to fill the role of Year-Round Swim Coach. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Your primary role is assisting the Head Coach with duties which may include, writing practices, setting goals with team members, and assist in maintaining team records. Swim coaches will exhibit patience, warmth, enthusiasm, and effective communication skills with all participants.

· At least 16 years old.

· Current CPR/AED/First Aid Pediatric and Adults certification or acquired within 60 days of employment. Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification, or equivalent, may be provided instead.

· Adhere to our Mission, Core Values, and all HR policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

· CPR/AED/First Aid Certified w/ Safety Training for Swim Coaches (or valid Lifeguard certification)

· Possess knowledge of the technical and training aspects of competitive swimming with proven record of excellent swimmer progression.

· Previous aquatics or recreational facility experience.

$18-$20 / Hour
